Today we are looking forward to welcoming in the year in a few days time!
How has 2014 been for you?
We hope you had a great Christmas, we can't believe it's over for another year!
With that said, we now have new years eve to look forward too - and what better night to get super dressed up and really go for it!?
We have shown some of our glitters on the blog in previous posts, but today we have a real feast of glitter for you - so if you know a glitter-lover, send them in our direction!
If you can't rock a super glittery nail on NYE then when can you?
140 - Purple Glitter
Shown above is one coat of our very own 124 - Violet topped with three coats of 140 - Purple Glitter.
Three coats is more than enough for each of our glitter polishes to ensure full coverage is achieved, however if you would rather be safe and ensure there are no gaps we would recommend one thin coat of a similar colour to start with!
We have also used our own 101 - Base Coat, Top Coat and Hardener to finish off and give gorgeous sparkle and shine.
136 - Red Glitter
For the red glitter nail we began with one thin coat of 109 - Blood Red and then three coats of 136 - Red Glitter. The nail was freshly painted in the above photographs (hence why it has a slight wet look). Again we finished with our own 101 - Top Coat, Base Coat and Hardener for extra shine.
138 - Gold Glitter
Gold Glitter has been a huge favourite throughout the month of December - and it's easy to see why!
We began this nail with one coat of 133 - Butterscotch followed by three coats of 138 - Gold Glitter and one coat of 101 - Base Coat, Top Coat and Hardener.
This polish also looks amazing over black!
139 - Silver Glitter
This silver glitter look has been created slightly differently. We have used one thick coat of 105 - Silver and only two coats of 139 - Silver Glitter.
105 - Silver contains very subtle shimmer and so can be worn alone for an understated glittery look.
For the purpose of new years eve of course we have added 139 - Silver Glitter for extra sparkle!
Finished, as always with one coat of 101 - Base Coat, Top Coat and Hardener.
142 - Blue Glitter
Finally, the last colour in our current collection; 142 - Blue Glitter.
Pictured is one coat of 106 - Cobalt Blue followed by three coats of 142 - Blue Glitter and finished with one coat of 101 - Base Coat, Top Coat and Hardener.
Who doesn't love a little glitter during the party season!?
